About Us
Hope Joy and Everything Lavender
Awakening Lavender Farm started as a dream. Now we are living the lavender farm life, early morning to late nights. Awakening Lavender Farm was established in 2022 by Kurt and Amy Harjala. In the spring of 2022 the first baby lavender plants were planted in the ground with HOPE of beautiful lavender fields. This brought great JOY and a lot of hard work. We planted more lavender in the spring of 2023 and 2024. Now, we are busy caring, planning and praying for
EVERYTHING LAVENDER!

Amy has been busy making handmade artisan soap and other products with lavender. The soap is a wonderful soap
that is carefully hand crafted. Bars of soap and lavender products are now available! Kurt is mastering the art of
lavender distillation.

Awakening Lavender Farm has visiting hours for you to come, stroll the farm and shop in the lavender barn. Check the hours before making the trip out. If you would like to visit or shop in the lavender barn when we are not open, please contact us to schedule a time. We will be having regular hours starting in June.
